I'd love any information on this piece. It is approx 10" tall and 9" wide. There are no marks on the bottom of the metal part so I'm assuming it had a paper label. The cruets have two lines similar to the number 11 and a 3 on one, 9 on the other. It has 9 pieces if you count the two stoppers in the cruet bottles. The pictures pretty much tell all I know about it.
