Every piece of jewelry has value to someone. People collect vintage, themes, styles, and even parts for up-cycling (making new items from old pieces). Based on what I see here, I'd be most curious about the items in the tin (left) and the 'commonwealth' item to the right of the ring. I'd also check for precious metal marks on the heart charms and circular bracelet. Finally, I'd check for any indication that the stones/metals in the ring are precious (keep in mind that resizing a ring often removes valuable marks, so look for more than a lack of marks to determine value - if the stones look too inclusion-free or if there is peeling of the metal ring, be especially suspicious). The metal purse is interesting, but when I priced my grandma's turn-of-the-century painted one, I was disappointed at the monetary value for 'interesting'. Otherwise, unless something here has sentimental value, I personally would be quite comfortable donating these to a thrift shop (unless you have a market place where you can easily sell things for a few dollars (much less than $100) a piece). Again, I can't see maker marks and I'm not analyzing each piece for its history/rarity. This is just a knee-jerk reaction based on my time selling fine/fashion jewelry in a retail setting, my own experience collecting different styles of jewelry, and my own experience trying to sort through the pieces in my grandmas' and great-aunts' estates.
