Here is a gas fixture I had refurbished. We hung it in my dining room last weekend. Any thoughts on when it was made?

Hello,
Could you send or post more images, please? Close up shots of the arms, gas valves, body, ornaments on the body, also the shade holders? The prisms are blocking the view. It is a total mystery to me so far but more detailed images will really help. Thank you.
