I had a spectacular week at the thrift. At one stop I had to go and get a cart...that never happens...
Anyway, I almost never order anything on Etsy or any of those sites. However I do read a lot of blogs of people who go out and find treasures too. Reading one of my favorites (MidModMom...who I do not know) I saw that she had found a Sascha Brastoff egg. My hubby had gotten me one, and I really wanted more. I sent her a comment on her blog, and voila, a giant egg arrived at my door. I LOVE it!
We are still moving it around, and I jokingly put it with my ostrich egg that I got in S. Africa, and my Ritzendoff egg cup.
But what is that spectacular glass vase in the middle you may ask??
