Another yard sale find. Does anyone know the year or anything about the maker T. Lee? This is a huge wheel it is 56" H x 44"L. I love the wheel but it is missing the spindle. Any info would be wonderful. Thank you

Nails appear to be hand-made so I would guess before 1850. Have a friend who restores wheels who would know more if nobody else on this site answers your questions. They are called "big wheels" for obvious reasons & usually very early.

I sent the post to him but there are loads of info online. If you want the missing parts, he can make them. There is certainly no shortage about wheels O/L.
