This is one of the first Mickey Mouse Wristwatches. These were produced in May 1933 for the Chicago World's Fair. They were made by Ingersoll & Waterbury Watch Co. They are unique in that they were cased in a "Mite" casing with an Art Deco Basil . The dial on these were also unique to these timepieces, as the numbers around the dial are linear in size. The seconds disk supports three smaller "Mickeys" and no pointer mark, which is on all the rest. They came with the choice of a charmed leather strap or a metal link bracelet with charmed end pieces. The first style box was only used for a short time and the design was changed to the "critter" box as directed by
Herman Kamen, the man in charge of Disney merchandising.
I will post more to follow and will try to keep the posting in a chronological
order and a full description. Thanks for looking and hope you enjoy this and future posting.

I just got home yesterday. We had to go to my sisters, after hurricane Sandy. Down trees, wires, poles and no electricity. Hope all is fine with you and family.
