In the fall of 1934, Ingersoll made some more changes to the Mickey Mouse Wristwatch. Prior to this the "Made In USA" was located under the 6 o'clock position on the dial and couldn't be seen under the Basil. It was moved to the inside of the 8 o'clock and the packaging was changed again. These were offer with the Charmed leather strap or the charmed metal bracelet as the others before it. There were a couple of changes from the late 1934 to the 1937, these were small physical change in the leather strap, from being pointed on the end to rounded. And a more noticeable change came about in 1937, the price increased. some of the earlier boxes were still being used and a "new" sticker price was pasted over the original price, when those boxes were used up, the insert was printed with the correct price.
