Sorry for your loss, might find a replacement movement and dial and use this case. There is always several movements and such on "E-Bay" where they've taken and Gold or siver case and melted it down. you will need to know what size this watch is. But possibly is would be a useful time piece again. again sorry for your loss on this and other things you've lost to the flood.
