I am not quite sure what these are, but I found this online: Eastern Caribbean Dollar is the currency of Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States ( Atingua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, the one exception being the British Virgin Islands). It has existed since 1965, being the successor to the British West Indies dollar. I'll put this with the English coins because Queen Elizabeth is on the obverse.
