This is the 1933 U.S. Mickey Mouse manual wind clock. It was made by Ingersoll and the sub-dial supports three smaller Mickeys to measure the seconds. Note the paper decal that surrounds the outside, these are used on all the 1933's. There is a English made model that looks like this one with the exception , the sub-dial only has two Mickey . With the smaller Mickeys being a little different shape. I will post one of those in a later posting, when I've completed the U.S. versions of the 1930's Ingersoll Mickeys Timepieces.
