These are the first Mickey Mouse watches made after WW2 and the First Mickey wristwatch with no sub-dial. These were made it 1946 by US Time, new name for Ingersoll, Waterbury and Kelton. There are two versions of these with different dial configurations and cases. But both were 10K gold roll plated. The "Mickey" head is set on a pin and rotates as the minute hand works it way around the dial.
