This is the 1947 round full sized Mickey Mouse watch. These were made by Ingersoll (US Time). There are three case styles of these, The smooth, the end fluted and the basil fluted versions. They came in the same style packaging as the other 1947's. I've never seen a gold plated version of one of these, so my guess is there isn't one.
