This is a 1949 Ingersoll (US Time) Mickey Mouse Alarm clock. These were case in a "Bake-a-lite" housing. The dial configuration is the same as the 1947, except the hands are now coated in a luminous material. The box is the same as the 1947 with the words "Luminous Hands" added below the the word "Clock".
