Lamp is made of brass and wood (we think teak). No markings. The on/off switch is quite unique, a General Electric horizontally rotating mechanism that turns on the lamp at 3 intensities. Height is 32" without glass diffuse (37" with it). Brass legs height is 7".

Interesting find during a short trip to Chicago in 2012. We do not know where, when or by whom it was manufactured. Any help in identifying this unique lamp will be much appreciated.
