Hi, philligirl. Love the photo of your puppy! The mark on your beautiful plate is for Villeroy and Boch. The 17" size is very large! The V&B chargers I have seen are about 13-ish". I'm wondering if this could be a serving plate/platter, wall hanging, or a cabinet piece.
