I'm not sure but I think this is a jefferson nickel stamped of standing liberty on a silver plachet. Any ideas?

    Please help I have no idea what this coin could be the pics do lnt do it justice when up close I can see what looks like walking liberty it's the exact same size as a quarter Please help

      Yes the mutilated coin is a Jefferson nickle too. Both sides still have the design eliments which are distorted but still recognizable.
