Picked up this early pinball type game the other day, likely late 30s early 40s. Still works well and has all the original ball bearings. Love all the color and the images in the background of the playing field.

I have this exact game. It belonged to my brother, and he has let me 'keep' it for him for the foreseeable future! He was born in 1946, so probably got this when he was 10 or so, so the 1950s. I don't know if it was new then or not. I agree with you that the graphics look like 30s or 40s, but as we didn't have 'antiques' or old things back then, I'm pretty sure we got it new. However, it's also possible that the company sold this particular design for many years. Awesome toy!
