This is an English Verge Fusee. The hallmarks on the sterling silver repousse case date this watch to 1787. The movement has a beautiful plate, balance assembly and beautiful pierced parts. The movement also has large square pillars. The case and movement have matching numbers. The watch papers are marked Amsterdam.

The dual footed balance cock, repousse silver case, and Amsterdam watch papers all suggest that this is one of those period Dutch watches that was signed to suggest London manufacture. I suspect if you look close at the case marks that they will be a bit "off." This isn't to suggest that the watch isn't wonderful. I've had a few of these and the old guys at the NAWCC all agreed that these are period Dutch "knock offs" meant to cash in on the popularity of English watches during that time period.
