Found these for 1.99$ at thrift store today, cute glass earrings. I thought they were plastic until they 'clicked' together... I figured the yellow rose was silk screened onto the bead, but under a 10x loupe, the paint looks stroked on. Maybe a stamp? The details are all too similar to have been hand painted, I think. I'd guess it to have been made around the time milk glass was popular. The hooks are quite new looking, no tarnish... the metal through the beads looks like brass, or have tarnished like brass would.
I'd love to wear them, I bought them on a whim forgetting how sensitive my ears are to costume jewellery, so they may end up as a gift...
I may have seen a necklace with a similar layout- white opaque glass beads with detailed flowers on them.. Any info or insight is appreciated : )

Hi, Luisa! I have no intelligent opinion on these feminine earrings. I I love the little tiger - or is he not a tiger? He's so charming.
I'm with miKKo, adorable
haha thanks! I make fimo animals, but sometimes they look more like hybrids than anything else... he has a dinosaur body!!
Thanks for the love guys : )
Ah, Luisa! You made this little fellow yourself? He's thoroughly charming and downright delightful!!! Bravo!!!
Can you post more? Love them!
Absolutely : ) I guess technically they could be considered collectables, the worst they can do is take the posting down. I have an etsy store, but all my listings just ended so I need to post some more, hoping to do that tomorrow. Here's the link if you're interested:
