this piece is marked with a circular made in czecho slovakia mark. distinctive shape. guessing early 20's late teens. I feel like I should know this one but not really sure who did it. My gut feeling has been Goldberg but I am not really sure why. After just going thru the heckert book I see it also has a number of Heckert like traits.
