Like to share this picture from a book called "Interior and Decoration"
1. 18th century Dutch Delft teapot and brazier with polychrome decoration. Tin enameledearthwre.
Next to it is a: Chinese cloissone vase.This art was probably learned from Byzantine sources, though the pattern is decidedly oriental,in contrast to the geometrical Byzantine type.
2. Florentine sculpture from the works of Andrea della Robbia xv century. Glazed terracotta bas-relief: Adoration.
Next to it is a: The color of this Chinese lapis lazuli vase accents the delicate perfection of its carved decoration. Proabably Era od CH'IEN lUNG a.d. 1736-96.
