Hello I paid $35 for this and about $14 was for shipping, it is signed Jefferys, I think, looks like frame was gold at one time. little writing on back says Wiederhold's Baltimore. I can not find any information on this yet. Any help appreciated! It is 14" X 16". Thanks for looking!
