Found this today, in all places, sandwiched between my record albums. Seems at the time, color photos were a big deal. It states on the Cover "Four Color Process". This was only available in Annual issues.

I believe, the way this issue is represented on the upper left of the cover, that this is a special issue for the entire year to buy from. Maybe a compilation of the monthly issues perhaps.
