This nicely designed tray plugs Tru-Age Beer, brewed by The Standard Brewing Company of Scranton, PA. Around the inner perimeter are Standard's other products: Crystal Ale and Standard Porter.
Sadly, Standard is another Brewing Company that has gone on to Beer Heaven.
