A paper street guide and car/ bus lines for Washington D.C.,circa 1949! It is in fantastic condition considering its age. Bought in a box of American vintage road maps for some of the major oil companies, some of which I am posting - all late 40's early 50's.

My favorite subway is the D.C. subway. Glorious! I knew that there used to be street cars, but wasn't aware that they were operational as late as 1949. Quite a find! : )
MiKKoChristmas11 I am so glad that you have found this interesting to you! I think that is great, bought here at a little local auction in England and appreciated by you in America! Wonderful stuff!!
