I BELIEVE THIS TO BE A HUBLEY. ONLY THE H IN THE GRIP STUDS HAVE THE LETTER H. THE CYLINDER SPINS FREELY AND ALL PARTS ARE INTACT AND OPERATIONAL. HAVE HAD IT FOR AWHILE JUST DON'T KNOW A HOLE LOT ABOUT IT.
