Napier started in 1875, This is 4 inches tall, Mechanical as you squeeze handle and liquor pours out the bottom, Pretty neat for those days, and works great today! It is labeled 1/2oz. 1oz. 1 1/2oz. and 2oz. on side of dispenser. It is silver plate, but they also made sterling models, I saw a sterling one for sale for over $300. on Ebay. It makes sense as if you are really plastered! It is easier not to spill if you hold it directly over glass and do not have to tip it, like a regular shot glass! haha, thanks for looking
