I can't resist a nice box ,they can be so functional ,this box is carved wood and has a beautiful lithograph on top , the inside is painted gold with a small removable divider. There is not a label so, the maker is a mystery , unless some of you have any ideas . I would love to hear them!

I have a similar box in my Jewelry Boxes collection except the cover is a silhouette picture painted on a mirror. The inside lid is a mirror and the base inside is also a mirror. The divider on mine is also removable. Mine is also carved wood and painted gold. Looks handmade and mine dates to early 1900's
Wonderful! Thanks mustangtony!
