This is a cool old wall mountable kitchen wrap dispenser by Lady Garner. The paper towel rolls must have been smaller because the normal size roll will not fit. I bought this from my neighbors yard sale for $2 in August '12.

Thanks miKKoChristmas11, I have an older all chrome one I will eventually mount and use, this one looks unused, but the yellow and cheezy wood grain stickers won't work here. I hope the one I have cuts the plastic good too, don't want a 30' piece all stretched out and having to get the scissors, I can see it now : )
