I found this today at a local shop. It is a Reed & Barton Silver plate with a round mirror in the center Not sure what all the symbols mean, or the 1201. I am hoping someone can tell me more about it.

Hey musikchoo! The 'scales' are the date mark used for 1947, and the EPNS is for Electro Plated Nickel Silver. The 1201 is most likely the item or pattern number. I found a couple of pieces like yours with the same 1201. I'm not sure but the globe may mean plating over white metal. I only found one source for that though. Hope that helps you! :-)
