This is a Kellogg's Company promotional toy from a Kellogg's cereal box. Issued in 2000, it is a "Pokemon" Poliwag Spinning Battle Top still in its original cellophane package. Made in China for the Kellogg's Co. under license from Nintendo. -- Pokémon (POH-kay-mon) is a media franchise published and owned by Japanese video game company Nintendo and created by Satoshi Tajiri in 1996.
