I have been trying to research this pocket watch and haven't found another box like this one. What I have read says that the original pocket watches sold for $1.50, but this box says $1.25. Does anyone have any other info about it. I need to go back to it and look at the seriel number etc. that are inside the watch.
Any info would be appreciated.

Ollie, by the way, your watch is a 1933/34 short stem Mickey. From this picture appears to be in very good condition. Nice piece. The DD box itself is a collectors item. Put it on eBay and you should be able to find a buyer.
