This is what I know--1902-1916 era pocket watch from the Illinois Watch Company. Wadsworth Referee warranted 20 years case 2982232, double roller with 21 ruby jewels and the serial number is 1522913 also another number inside was 189 and it is gold plated wearing in spots. Adjusted 6 position. fair condition with a porcelain movement. I understand this may be a railroad pocket watch.
