I don't know much about stamps... but found this, is it worth anything? I have a bunch of Nazi collectibles so I am curious if it's a keeper.
~Peace~

I have never seen one with him wearing an armband.

I don't know much about the issues either but would keep it too. I would love to have one as I don't ever remember seeing one with the armband. I'm not into stamps but have seen a lot of the Hitler stamps & just can't remember ever seeing the armband. That is late in the war & maybe most didn't survive. I was hoping to hear from members who knew more as I'm curious.

This stamp was issued to commemorate Hitler's 55th birthday.
The Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia (German: Protektorat Böhmen und Mähren; Czech: Protektorát ?echy a Morava) was the majority ethnic-Czech protectorate which Nazi Germany established in the central parts of Bohemia, Moravia and Czech Silesia in what is today the Czech Republic. It was established on 15 March 1939 by proclamation of Adolf Hitler from Prague Castle following the declaration of establishment of the independent Slovak Republic on 14 March 1939. Bohemia and Moravia were autonomous Nazi-administered territories which the German government considered part of the Greater German Reich (GrossDeutchesReich). The state's existence came to an end with the surrender of Germany to the Allies of World War II in 1945.

So mustangtony, are these common as I don't remember seeing one? Most stamps I remember just have his bust without uniform.

Most of the earlier Hitler stamps only showed the shoulder and head. I will check my catalog for any other specimens. Notice the 120 + 380 denomination - the 120 was the cost of the postage and the 380 was transferred to the costs of the war effort. - The stamp shown is also in Mint condition (uncancelled) and yes they are quite common as they were printed in the millions - many sellers cannot or will not advertise because of the subject content.

Thanks AR8Jason for your comment - I started collecting stamps back in the early 70's and my first items were given to me by my mother who is from Germany. She obtained them from her uncle who was an avid stamp collector in Germany both pre-war and during war. I have several First Day Issue stamped cards postmarked with historic event dates I am sure you will find interesting. My coin collection and stamp collection are still packed from my last move but I will be posting them soon. Waiting for CW to make sub-catagories.

Not sure about the rules on here, but I have a WW2 poster on my page with the Swastika arm band, but it is an American poster that portrays the Nazis as the enemy. The poster has not been taken down yet.

On the flip side, I do have an original and very striking, genuine Nazi poster from WW2 that was issued by the Third Reich. I have not put it up yet but will soon. I believe it is one of the only of its kind to survive and the text is printed in German. Although it may offend some, it is a graphically designed work of art like most posters and symbols designed by Nazi Germany.

History is history no matter what language it is in. I think the only posts that CW will censor out would be promotion of Neo-Nazi propaganda items as they are considered a current "hate group" and should not be promoted here.

Yes - you beat me to the answer and I also read your CW link. This issue affects me personally as I am half German and did lose many relatives in this war, on both sides.
