The 29th is now located at Fort Lewis, Washington. The second photo is a DUI for the 317 Signal Construction Battalion (Beware The Web) was located in Pirmasens, Germany

A DUI is a Distinctive Unit Insignia.
The unit motto ("Clear and Open" and "Beware the Web") is only PART of the DUI. The DUI includes BOTH the Coat of Arms and the unit motto.
These are often referred to by soldiers as DIs or unit crests.
