This rug 29"x37" is a delightful study of 12 different flowers. It is very colorful and in great condition because I don't walk on it - placed in front of my old blanket box also shown above w/another rug - 1-1/2" geometric squares - look like Batchelder tiles don't they?

    No - it's a sample card for rayon embroidery threads. I found that lamp base many years ago for .25 - it is old, but the shade is most likely a 80's repo - oh well - I keep looking for the real things. My apt. is in an old 1920's building so my love of arts & crafts mission fits right in. Thank you so much for your nice comments.

    Yes cis2you - the one on the left is finished w/cotton backing but the one on the right wasn't as you can probably see from the threads on unfinished edges.

    Thanks ho2cultcha - Prefer wood or tile floors tho it's cold right now! I have a few of the 70's Zapatec rugs beside the bed.
