IT IS ESSENTIAL TO UNDERSTAND THAT EACH ILLUSTRATION SHOWED BUT A FRACTION OF WHAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE ASSORTMENT, AND WAS MADE TO BE REPRESENTATIVE OF WHAT IT CONTAINED. THEREFORE I AM POSITING THAT ALL OF THESE ARRIVED IN AMERICA IN THE 20'S-- BUT WHERE ARE THE IMPORT MARKS IN MOST OF THEM?
2.THE VASE TO THE RIGHT IS THE ONE IN THE ILLUSTRATION. 7" TALL, NO MARK. THE ONE THE LEFT, HOWEVER IS MARKED.
3. THE MARK, TWO LINE CZECHO/SLOVAKIA IN SILVER.
4. A SECOND PAIR, SHOWING A DIFFERENT DECOR.
ON THE BASIS OF RUCKL CATALOG DRAWINGS SHOWING VASES WITH "EARED" HANDLES, I WOULD SAY THEY WERE MADE BY THIS MANUFACTURER. I ALSO HAVE A PIECE IN TANGO RED WITH THE SAME HANDLES.
FOR CZECH DECO EXPORT COLLECTORS, THE BB CATALOGS FROM 1929 TO 1932 ARE INDISPENSABLE.

Not important information, but there was a discussion how to mark glass by acid etching; very simple rubber stamp with deeper grooves than ink stamps. Devices are kept in glass museums. Stamping like letters at the post office; the reason marks are often imperfect. Probably important to judge if genuine; too perfect marks are suspicious.
