Help Mike,
What is this and how old do you think it is? Is it a replica of an old Hurst or flower waygon. Looks like it has had some flower design on the side boards at one time. Has real chain and bolts, its 2 feet long and overall about 1 foot wide. All original but the boards are loose. Everything looks like the real life size bike.
Thanks for your time.

Nice piece of folk art but value is quite subjective..................I think you've hit the discription on the head but sorry to say the 'back story' on this is gone...... too many of these things end up that way................... Enjoy
