Just found this in an old box of my grandmothers. I am curious to know what the treasure is! It is mainly gold in color with emerald green holly leaf designs. There are three scrolled handles and it is signed....L.C. Tiffany ..Favrile....6048 D

Lots of good folk who use this site and know such a lot about glass - they will be along soon I am sure!
there are so many wanna be's with fake Tiffany signatures that Most people except for a few here who have handled a lot are very shy from commenting on possible Tiffany pieces without holding them.
I am going to be brave and say that all the basic signs appear to be positive and this probably is the real thing. That said, I am not one of these brave experts who have handled a lot of Tiffany. My opinion is worth precisely 2 cents here. :)
