This is a very rough coin to say the least. Not sure of the age or where it is from. As for size its a little smaller than a silver dollar. The first 2 pic are from my scanner the other 2 are pictures using a eye loop.

What ha stumped me is the identity of the monarch on the obverse. It's not one of the English Georgian kings.

Thanks for the comments vetraio, and AR8Jason. I have looked at world coins (nothing). It could be a Colonial type need to look into that.
This one as you guys have guessed is from Ireland. It is a merchants 1 penny token from 1816 issued by Edward Stephens of Dublin honoring the Duke of Wellington (that's his portrait) in the name of Ireland.
