I found this in my basement with some family items. It says "40 hommes,8 cheveaux" on front. Obviously French. Back says "5156 Voiture No." It is attached to an antiquie army looking hat. Both my Great Grandfather and Grandfather fought in Europe in WWI and WWII accordingly. Looking for any info. Just curious!
