I purchased this decanter several years ago at an estate sale. I collect pottery and glassware and it appealed to me. I have tried to find out more information about it but have never been successful. I was wondering if anyone can tell me more about it or inform me of the best place to do more research (books/websites/etc.). It has a round paper stamp on top of the head that reads "made in germany". It is approx. 10 1/4" tall. It is made of ceramic and hand painted. Thanks in advance - any help is appreciated.
