This is a brand of Playing Cards Decks Sets called Royal and made by ZEN in a plastic container. - The blue-backed deck is more of a slate gray color than actual Blue, and there is a Red-backed deck. These cards are made of 100% plastic. The actual company name and country of origin is not marked on the outer plastic box (and due to the bad quality, it does not surprise me) - However from research I have found that they are manufactured by the Jiangxi Hengte Industry Co., Ltd. in China - - I would not recommend these cards for any actual game use except maybe for childrens use. Otherwise, they are destined for the recycle bin.
