This is from my collection. I don´t know anything about this piece. It is made with metal, don´t know what kind, probably steel because this piece is a bit heavy. It weighs a little over 300g and the height is about 11.5 cm.
I guess the holder is for match box and inside it is a piece of rock, most likely used to light matches. This piece is very charming and in good condition even though it has minor bends and the holder tilts a little bit to the other side. It is possible to take it apart. It has one screw on the bottom that holds the ashtray and the holder together.
Sorry my English isn´t perfect :) but I would love to get some information about this piece.

Thank you Kevin :) I´m from Iceland :) so you probably mean Icelandic items :)
I have been very busy, but I love surfing around here :)
My condolences to you and your family. Very difficult when a young person like that is taken away.
Anyone know anything about this piece? :)
