Hi. This vase belonged to my Aunt for as long as I can remember. She had a few different Gouda pieces. My Grandmother had the Gouda candlesticks that my Grandmother brought over with them on the ship from Holland in 1906. I don't know if this belonged to my Grandmother but I don't think so, as it has a tag attached to it. I think that would make it newer and probably from one of the trips my Aunt took to Holland during her youth. Can anyone tell me anything about this piece?
The piece is actually dated. It's the mark on the left under Zuid Holland. I think you'll find it is from the fifties too with that sticker. The English suggest a date after 1950.
