These are medals. In the late 1980's American Samoa issued some similar looking coins with denominations and caught a lot of flak over it because since they were a U S Territory they did not have the right to do so. When their centennial came up they issued these medals without a denomination and no one got in trouble for it. As medals they are not listed in the KP books but are worth the same as the earlier coins of the same size and metal content. Your medal is a proof and just over one oz of silver so I would estimate it at 50.00-100.00 in value.
