This decanter is 11 3/4" tall. It is white with gold. It appears to be a gentleman with a triangle hat and ponytail greeting a woman in a big dress. On the bottom there is something that appears to be a coat of arms etched in the center. I may be incorrect because it is quite difficult for me to see. The bottom looks like milk glass yet the rest of it does not. There is also a silver sticker that I can not read. It has 4 small glasses that match it. I suspect it is Bohemian glass but from when I can not determine. Has anyone ever seen anything like this before?

If you can put up a photo of the marks I'm sure someone will be able to help.
Can you make the photos larger?
This one is just too small to get any detail.
I tried again with a different camera. I can't read the label with the naked eye and the bottom is nearly impossible to make out. Maybe someone will recognize it.
