I found these books at a old thrift shop. They took ownership when the local school district was obtaining some new books.

Love it ! As a child I never wanted to be a nurse and sure never saw this kind of book :-) But I did become a Nurse during Nam and am still one . I would love to read what the book tells you it is about . I doubt it truly can ever capture the the true feeling of being a RN , the joy and the heartaches as we see people get better and hold the hand of a person as they leave this world . Thanks for sharing your book :-) brings back memories .

Thank you for your service in Vietnam.
No the book is very charming and shows how a nurse cares for children and helps cook for sick folks and it is very interesting the gender roles in the book. The nurse teacher is a female ,,the child learning about nursing is a female,,,shows pictures of the child treating a female "patient".
NURSING is and always will be a very honorable calling.
Thanks again.
Thank you clockermman . I have to admit I never cooked though :-)
I will always love my Nam guys they helped me be who I am today although many of us are still being treated for PTSD . I would not have had it any other way :-) And today in Nursing there are more male nurses than ever . Glad to see that it is no longer a gender created career :-)

I am going to upload some illustrations from the book and link it with this page so you can see the cute duties that this book depicts. CW has been a little wonky for me today,,,maybe I will be able later to upload the pictures.
