I found this in a house that I am currently working on, I think I'll keep it and really use it as a money clip, wondering if this is a rare item or not or if it is worth anything??? Does anybody know??

I'm no expert on the subject, but what we have here is a replica of a $20.00 Liberty Head minted from 1849 to 1866. Doubtful it was ever made to fool anyone, as she doesn't look the same as the actual coin, and the stars are in the wrong position for that year. A great reminder of the past on a money clip....now, if it were made of gold, who cares where the stars are....=-)....SLO

Not rare ... not worth much. (Less than 10.00)

      Likely 1960s-1970s
