This was in a box lot of jewelry, with some other odds and ends that I'm not sure of. Most people said it has to do with smoking, but a few said about a nail polish holder. The bowl on top of the angel is the same size as a finger. Any ideas? Thanks.

The Middle holds a Nail Polish Bottle, expands to hold most any size, the Rounded or bowl shaped disc is where you placed the tip of your finger while painting the nail. Not sure about the filigree tube on the other end - Q-Tips, Nail file, cuticle pusher or ?? Popular in the 1950's - 60's. I bought something like this for my Mom a few years ago. Can't remember where...I thought the tube was for lipstick.... ;)
I was just going to post my dresser mirror that looks vaguely like this. I think it is a dresser piece of some sort, since you said you found it in a box of jewelry. Mine has what looks like lipstick holders, a mirror, and adorned in a similar filigree finish.
